The Auto Model Router page accepts written feedback without an email; an email is collected there only when you choose to provide one.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand traffic and measure actions such as portfolio visits, commercial-intake requests, selected build paths, local-offer applications, journey starts and diagnosis views, and confirmed bookings. Our analytics events do not include the email address, website URL, or other personal details entered into forms.

Project requests are sent through an approved email delivery provider. A successful form response means the provider accepted the request; it does not prove final inbox delivery, that a particular person read it, or that a CRM record was created. Do not submit passwords, API keys, private customer data, or other secrets.

The Begin Your Journey diagnosis runs in your browser. Its answers are not submitted to 1stStep.ai unless you choose to open a prefilled email and send it from your mail application.

If you arrive through a campaign link, attribution parameters such as UTM values and advertising click identifiers may be stored in your browser and passed to our booking provider so we can understand which campaign led to an inquiry or booking.

Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.
